How Orders Are Handled

For confirmed orders, product manufacturing and quality control are handled directly by the manufacturing partner. Depending on the agreed transaction structure, customers can communicate directly with the manufacturer regarding product specifications, production, quality requirements, and related technical documentation. We support communication and coordination between overseas customers and the manufacturer throughout the sales process.
